Responsibilities

  • Profitably manage and grow the portfolio of anesthesia solutions, integrating across product development, functional partners, commercial, and service teams
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities, translate them into winning business strategies, and lead coordinated execution with high accountability for results
  • Proactively influence portfolio and drive investment decisions balancing customer needs, business strategy, and competitive differentiation
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, configuration, quoting, and quality management for installed base, NPIs, and upgrades, working closely with marketing, service, and commercial teams
  • Champion business model innovation and industry-leading methodologies to guide capital allocation and measure customer and business success
  • Establish and manage relationships with customers and partners
  • Manage customer installed base to optimize utilization of systems, updates/upgrades, manage escalations, and streamline commercial processes, including commercial part activation/catalog setup, supporting new business models, market availability management and planning (including Sales, Service, Engineering, and RA readiness), configuration management, and product financial intelligence
  • Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives; integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization; be involved in long-term planning; manage complex issues within functional area of expertise; contribute to the overall business strategy
  • Lead functional teams or projects with resource requirements, risk, and complexity; communicate difficult concepts and influence others' opinions on particular topics
