Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, data science, or equivalent analytical roles, with at least 3 years of experience utilizing SQL, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical testing, including A/B, multivariate, and Bayesian testing, along with proficiency in applied statistics skills such as statistical testing and regression modeling, is required. Experience with digital analytical tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Heap is also necessary, alongside cross-functional communication skills and knowledge of data flow from mobile apps to tracking platforms. A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
The Product Analyst will monitor and analyze product experimentation to assess and quantify the impact of product and lifecycle marketing changes, daily and weekly metrics monitoring, KPIs refresh, and dashboard and reports development. They will gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product strategy and the product roadmap, drive insights engine to action, test setup recommendation, estimating timeline to reach significance, test data Q&A and validation, conduct A/B test data analysis and Pre/Post analysts for feature rollouts, maintain event and customer profile data capture and taxonomy for the CDP, analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys, and be a subject matter expert for experiential analysis. The role also involves digging in to drive meaningful, actionable insights when metrics are ahead or behind expectations, and collaborating with data, design, and engineering teams to drive consistent and scalable customer event and profile tracking.
