Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related analytical discipline, and ideally hold an MBA or Master's degree. They should have at least 7 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on user behavior and insights, and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities

The Director, User Analytics and Insights will provide leadership for the business and vertical’s strategy, mission, and vision, and will develop and deliver deep user segmentation with clear actions and recommendations. They will effectively communicate technical concepts to wider business stakeholders, including non-technical leadership, to drive strategy, and coordinate the development of materials focused on articulating business and vertical strategy. This role will excel at providing user and customer insights to business stakeholders in a compelling manner, and will lead the development of vertical reviews to validate strategic initiatives.
