About the Role: Director, User Analytics and Insights

The Director, User Analytics and Insights will be a key partner to the General Manager (GM), providing strategic advice and driving performance improvements across the organization. This role involves uncovering insights, developing action plans, and aligning business objectives. The individual will eventually be responsible for building and leading a team. This role serves as a reliable and data-driven strategic advisor to executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:
