Responsibilities

The Producer will plan, coordinate, produce, and manage video production projects from inception to completion, focusing on delivering high-quality video content to employees. This includes managing internal and external resources, interacting with cross-functional partners, and overseeing production and post-production processes. The role also involves assisting in the development of documentation, workflows, and strategy for the video team, identifying and addressing service gaps to enhance employee satisfaction and the overall experience, and managing project budgets and external vendors as needed. Building internal partnerships and cross-functional processes between departments is also a key responsibility.
