Voodoo is assembling a talented team with a significant mission: to discover the next best way to entertain the world by elevating our best-performing games. You will be joining one of our Live Studios, specifically working on the game Hole.io.

Role

We are seeking a talented and seasoned Producer with a deep passion for Casual games and a sharp focus on creating the next big hit. With extensive industry experience, you will play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you will ensure the game meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Planning:
    • Define scope and create schedules.
    • Drive resource allocation within the studio.
    • Track progress and mitigate risks.
    • Maintain close collaboration with the team’s General Manager and Directors.
  • Product Quality & Vision:
    • Champion the game vision.
    • Oversee QA for quality assurance.
    • Provide feedback on gameplay and player experience.
  • Production Process & Optimization:
    • Establish and refine development workflows.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks.
    • Implement best practices.
    • Support the setup and processes with outsourcing partners.
