Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Experience with JIRA & Netsuite
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

Responsibilities

Support vendor evaluation, negotiations, and relationship management to ensure optimal pricing, terms, and service levels
Work closely with finance, operations, security, and legal teams to ensure the procurement process is followed for new vendors and renewals
Work within JIRA and ERP to track vendor agreements and upcoming renewal flows
Analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and spending trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations while assisting in contract review and negotiations
Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and recommend solutions for automation and better cost control
