Proven commercial acumen with a track record of successful negotiations and contract tendering
Experience managing procurement across multiple categories, ideally within a Financial Services environment
Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and ordering systems
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues across functions
Strategic thinker with both commercial and operational insight, capable of identifying internal and external value opportunities
CIPS qualification (desirable)

Responsibilities

Execute procurement activities in alignment with the Global Procurement Strategy and Category Strategies for Technology, HR, Recruitment, and Facilities
Provide day-to-day support to the Category Manager(s) for Technology and Facilities/General Procurement
Drive commercial value and apply best practices in line with a high-performing procurement function
Maintain and regularly review the Contract Database to ensure accuracy and compliance across all category contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Compliance) and external suppliers to enable value-driven engagements
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for new requirements and contract renewals across all relevant categories
Ensure all supplier due diligence processes are completed in accordance with company policy
Manage administrative and operational procurement tasks using the company’s ERP system
