Requirements

  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of successful negotiations and contract tendering

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and ordering systems

  • CIPS qualification (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Execute procurement activities in alignment with the Global Procurement Strategy and Category Strategies for Technology, HR, Recruitment, and Facilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Category Manager(s) for Technology and Facilities/General Procurement
  • Drive commercial value and apply best practices in line with a high-performing procurement function
  • Maintain and regularly review the Contract Database to ensure accuracy and compliance across all category contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Compliance) and external suppliers to enable value-driven engagements
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for new requirements and contract renewals across all relevant categories
  • Ensure all supplier due diligence processes are completed in accordance with company policy
  • Manage administrative and operational procurement tasks using the company’s ERP system
