Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of customer training methods (including ILT, vILT/Webinar, public and private sessions, On-Demand, and Certification, etc.)
  • Customer support experience
  • Financial and analytical reporting experience
  • Proficiency in multiple LMS/CMS tools (SeerTech, SFDC, Financial Force(Certinia))
  • Experience with system administration (enterprise LMS, SFDC, Financial Force)
  • Knowledge of EDU Operations PM processes
  • Experience with cross-functional communication and coordination
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Certinia reports
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain process documentation and best practices
  • Experience with Adobe suite of products (Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, Sale)

Responsibilities

  • Program Management and Coordination:
  • Plan and manage backlog burndown and reachouts for global teams
  • Provide up-to-date reporting throughout the quarter
  • Show revenue impact and engagement analysis
  • System Administration:
  • Maintain pricing and SKU worksheets
  • Calculate new currency prices and training fund uplifts
  • Pre/post release testing and catalog updates
  • UAT testing for new features/enhancements and course releases
  • Order Management and Reporting:
  • Document and maintain financial processes
  • Maintain backlog tracking and currency conversions
  • Maintain Training Fund/Credit pricing and uplifts
  • Maintain discounting/regional pricing
  • EDU Operations PM:
  • Schedule and plan ad-hoc project meetings
  • Keep PM tool up-to-date and accurate
  • Fill in for primary PMs as needed
  • Cross-Functional Communication:
  • Coordinate with teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure teams and stakeholders are informed and aligned
  • Vendor Relationships:
  • Manage vendor relationships and support ticket tracking
  • LMS and Technical System Integrations:
  • Maintain LMS, website updates, and technical system integrations
  • Troubleshooting and Customer Support:
  • Troubleshoot LMS and customer support issues
  • Provide customer support for time-sensitive issues
  • Process Documentation and Best Practices:
  • Maintain and improve process documentation
  • Document best practices
  • Salesforce and Certinia Reports:
  • Build and maintain reports
  • Customer Training Business Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with business requirements for product release cycles and change management
  • Comprehensive awareness of business requirements for product release cycles and change management
