The Process Lead requires leadership experience, the ability to coach and motivate teams, and a focus on improving the customer experience. Strong operational skills and the ability to manage teams effectively are essential, as is the capacity to troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns to leadership.
As a Process Lead, you will oversee the performance and daily tasks of the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams, ensuring order accuracy and efficient delivery. This includes leading team activities, completing ICQAs, supporting team members during gaps in coverage, quarterbacking shift operations, escalating site issues, overseeing facility operations, developing and training new associates, executing site projects, conducting audits, and assisting in meeting performance objectives. You will also troubleshoot defects, handle products containing tobacco and nicotine, and perform shelf move activities.
