Responsibilities

Optimizing production processes for renowned brands, covering reliability, quality, and safety of equipment and processes in making or packing organizations
In Production - Packing: Inform of performance loss, identify key projects to achieve packing line performance targets, work on installation and startup of new equipment, systematize tools for maintenance production management
In Production - Making: Deliver high-quality product on time with flexibility, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, craft learning programs for operators and team leaders, simplify processes, and standardize work
Participate in the 1-year Junior Manager Program to become a technical expert focused on innovation, maintenance, and optimization of production systems
Participate in redesigning and development of mechanical components and systems
Monitor conditions of existing equipment and optimize its performance and maintenance requirements
Participate in planning and coordinating projects with team members, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and with attention to safety and quality
