  • Grado en Ingeniería (diferentes especialidades serán consideradas)
  • Experiencia previa como Ingeniero/a de Procesos o similar, preferiblemente en entornos productivos/ fabricación
  • Disposición para trabajar en un entorno dinámico con un enfoque de mejora continua
  • Capacidad de adaptación y organización
  • Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés en un entorno laboral

Responsibilities

  • Elaborar nuevos proyectos que impliquen cambios y/o mejoras en instalaciones, servicios y/o procesos de fabricación de la planta, participando en la definición de requisitos de las instalaciones y los procesos
  • Llevar a cabo búsqueda y selección de proveedores
  • Realizar el seguimiento de la instalación, validación de los procesos y su puesta en marcha
  • Organizar y gestionar los recursos técnicos y humanos en la implementación de proyectos de mejora
  • Llevar a cabo control de plazos de ejecución y entrega y seguimiento de la calidad y cantidad de trabajo realizado
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los parámetros de Seguridad, Ergonomía e Higiene Industrial contemplados en la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Reales Decretos e Instrucciones Técnicas Complementarias
  • Garantizar el correcto soporte documental de todos los procesos de fabricación existentes en la planta (estudios tiempos, equilibrado de puesto, fichas de trabajo…)
