Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of process engineering, industrial engineering, or operations experience
  • Proven ability to lead workflow design and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong background in quality systems, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma
  • Experience with WMS/OMS platforms and operational technology
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with KPI-driven reporting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine workflows to maximize efficiency
  • Lead lean implementation projects, conduct time studies, and drive layout optimization
  • Lead introduction of new products to the warehouse and serve as liaison between ATL1 and corporate partners
  • Document revised processes in SOPs and develop training/onboarding materials
  • Track and analyze defects to identify root causes, working closely with the Claims Supervisor
  • Standardize processes and inspection procedures to improve consistency
  • Act as a Business Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Ernesta Operations Team, including troubleshooting issues and escalating items as necessary
  • Support and/or build KPI reporting and ensure data accuracy for decision-making
  • Optimize batching and cutting processes for scale
  • Conduct capacity analysis and recommend improvements
  • Improve yield and material utilization across operations
  • Monitor stock levels and implement planning strategies to support production
