Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered a plus. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pricing, contracts, sales operations, commercial analytics, or business development is necessary, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or B2B services industry. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is essential, along with proficiency in at least one CRM or ERP system such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle. Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a ProCare Contract Specialist - S.Europe, you will support selling ProCare contracts to new and existing customers to achieve the year budget on contracts, proactively seek out opportunities in coordination with the Sales and ProCare teams, ensure timely renewal of contracts, manage existing installed base to improve contract coverage, prepare and present sales proposals in partnership with the Sales Team, coordinate with the ProCare Customer Experience team to ensure accurate billing, collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction, provide training and support to internal and external customers on ProCare services offering, attend customer meetings independently or jointly with sales as needed, and work in partnership with local Finance and Tenders teams on pricing for financed deals (Flex, Rentals, Consignment) and Public Tenders. Travel at approximately 30% is also required.
