Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have 1-3 years of experience within financial services, private equity, or a family office. They must demonstrate an understanding of accounting controls relevant to private equity operations, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and external counterparties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail are also required.

Responsibilities

The Private Equity Operations Specialist will prepare and process wires for capital calls, fund expenses, and distributions; reconcile cash, commitments, and securities across multiple platforms; handle ad-hoc reporting requests related to the fund; assist in reviewing monthly shareholder statements; and perform other operational, recordkeeping, and data processing assignments as directed by the team.
