Responsibilities
- Preparation, analysis, and presentation of all recurring and ad hoc corporate reporting for various stakeholders, including senior leadership locally and globally.
- Coordination and monitoring of external accounting providers, managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.
- Facilitating the payment of vendor invoices and ensuring proper process and control documentation.
- Preparation of an annual (3-year) corporate budgeting process.
- Monitoring and controlling of corporate expenses, including management of actual plan variances, forecasting, and alignment with local and group policies.
- Support projects to adjust reporting and processes to new requirements and develop effective accounting & controlling tools and procedures.
- Monitoring and actively managing corporate account cash balances, tracking liquidity, and generating income through short-term investing.
- Supporting PPRE’s Investment and Controlling (IPC) function during peak times (e.g., during the Investment Planning process) and an option to over time increase your footprint in investment-related topics on both the equity or CRE loan side (e.g., data validation, upload, and analysis).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience: Minimum two years’ experience within Controlling/Accounting position, preferably with a Big4 or Big10 company.
- Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, follow up, produce consistently accurate work, and meet strict deadlines.
- Good knowledge in accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
- Highly flexible and multi-task oriented, capable of rapidly changing directions based on business demands.
- Global team player with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
Professional Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel and Copilot.
- High affinity in handling data.
