Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a minimum of two years of experience in Controlling or Accounting, ideally gained within a Big 4 or Big 10 firm. Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS and US GAAP is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Copilot.

Responsibilities

The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing corporate reporting for PPRE America, coordinating with external accounting providers, managing accounts receivable and payable, and facilitating vendor payments. They will also support the annual budgeting process, monitor corporate expenses, manage cash balances, and provide support to the Investment and Controlling function during peak times, including data validation and analysis. Additionally, the role involves assisting with investment-related topics on the equity or CRE loan side.
