Responsibilities

  • Connect with leadership and plan global projects driving the platform’s experience direction
  • Shape the UX craft by influencing processes, tools, and frameworks for scalable, usable, engaging product experiences
  • Identify new global topics through problem discovery and pair on business-related problem discovery
  • Drive various stages of product development: map initiatives, define, plan, evaluate, and collaborate on solutions
  • Support teams during implementation of product changes and improvements
  • Drive assessment of product changes post-launch, measuring impact against initial plans
  • Drive or support breaking down objectives into feasible, valuable, timely delivery plans and roadmaps
  • Work alongside Design Ops and Design System to support UX craft
