Deep knowledge in UX as a reference point, serving as a thought leader

Proven track record of setting examples, being a thought leader, or bringing thought leaders

Skilled at influencing others and seeking subject-matter experts for solutions
Comfortable in tech-heavy environments with engineers and product managers in cross-functional trios
Ability to navigate complexity of software development terminology and taxonomy
Experience delivering product experiences to knowledgeable, pragmatic software engineering audiences
Understanding of autonomy and responsibility as the first UX copywriter at this level
Technical skills: Interaction design, Systems thinking, Qualitative and quantitative research, Information Architecture

Responsibilities

Connect with leadership and plan global projects driving the platform’s experience direction
Shape the UX craft by influencing processes, tools, and frameworks for scalable, usable, engaging product experiences
Identify new global topics through problem discovery and pair on business-related problem discovery
Drive various stages of product development: map initiatives, define, plan, evaluate, and collaborate on solutions
Support teams during implementation of product changes and improvements
Drive assessment of product changes post-launch, measuring impact against initial plans
Drive or support breaking down objectives into feasible, valuable, timely delivery plans and roadmaps
Work alongside Design Ops and Design System to support UX craft
