Requirements

10+ years of UX Design experience
Experience in the B2B, SaaS space
Fluency in English
Commitment and advocacy to the user
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with scrum and agile UX
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally
Opinionated (in a good way) about process and tools
Bachelor's or graduate degree related to UX a plus

Responsibilities

Understanding product specifications and user pains
Conducting user research and problem discovery
Triangulating user research findings with analytics and customer feedback
Identifying user personas and workflows
Specifying viable information architectures and user flows, including edge cases
Developing wireframes and mockups that solve specific user needs
Communicating design ideas effectively to developers and Product Managers
Crafting long term visions, all the while executing incrementally
Identifying and developing iterative usability improvements for the overall product
