Requirements

Candidates must have at least 8 years of configuration and development experience with complex integration technologies and possess at least two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications, along with a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and provide thought leadership in complex customer environments is essential, as is experience architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams.

Responsibilities

This role involves designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, resolving errors, providing support, and developing procedures for complex system overlaps, with a focus on delivering transformative integration architectures that support AI solutions. Responsibilities include leveraging AI in work processes, devising integration development plans and architectures, implementing ServiceNow AI offerings, developing solutions based on user requirements, coordinating with other developers, ensuring best practices, acting as an SME for integration and AI solutions, correcting data conflicts, analyzing and improving instance configurations, and debugging system errors.
