Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of consulting experience in cloud and digital transformation or leadership experience in technology transformation, with a strong background in leading large-scale cloud transformation efforts within Financial Services Institutions. Proven ability to build key client relationships, secure repeat business, and deliver large, complex projects for enterprise clients is essential. Expertise in public cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS, and experience in business transformation domains such as productization, cloud modernization, data strategy, and AI enablement are required. A strong understanding of Agile project delivery, excellent communication skills for executive audiences, adaptability to startup environments, willingness to travel, and a curiosity for new technologies are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, Agile, or HashiCorp, and experience in AWS consulting with Fortune 2000 clients.

Responsibilities

The Principal Strategist will drive customer program success by defining and measuring business value, building and maintaining customer roadmaps, and guiding customers in enhancing their maturity for long-term AWS value delivery. This role involves collaborating closely with strategic customers to ensure they meet their goals, bridging the gap between business and technology to foster sustainable growth. Responsibilities include developing clear, actionable plans from ambiguous customer business problems, proposing solutions, and constructing business value narratives. The strategist will advise customers on their cloud evolution journey, guide stakeholders in defining direction and making informed decisions, and translate complex technical details into clear business impacts. Additionally, the role involves uncovering new opportunities within customers to drive the growth of strategic accounts, collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Solutions Architects.
