The Principal Solution Engineer will collaborate with Enterprise and Strategic customers to identify and address their business challenges, support the sales team through discovery calls and product demonstrations, gather requirements to define customer problems, create and deliver engaging demonstrations and Proof of Concepts, guide the RFP team in executing responses, articulate the value of Freshworks solutions, embrace lifelong learning, and evangelize Freshworks products.
