Requirements

The Principal Solution Consultant – Demo Content must be able to translate technology into persona-based demo content. They should possess the ability to review systems and drive necessary changes through Development Sprints. A strong understanding of the GreatDemo! methodology is required, along with experience maintaining repositories and SharePoint content pages. The role also requires influencing the roadmap and planning sessions as a member of the U4ia Leadership Team and ensuring alignment between persona-based stories across Product, Marketing, and other functions. Experience working with Solution Engineers to ensure demo environments are up-to-date and actively used is necessary. The candidate must also be able to educate the wider solution consulting team on product demonstration materials, key messaging, language, and tone. Experience with Unit4 ERP is expected, with potential for content creation and demo choreography for other products.

Responsibilities

The Principal Solution Consultant – Demo Content will be responsible for ensuring all new releases have easy-to-follow content for solution consultants, including click-path scripts, videos, and PowerPoints. They will produce content following system reviews to showcase changes for solution consultants and maintain the Global Demo Operations Repository. Responsibilities include maintaining and increasing Persona SharePoint content pages, producing and presenting monthly Show and Tell content, and ensuring demo scenarios and data are available for priority countries and markets. The role involves working alongside Product and Marketing to align persona-based stories, ensuring and challenging the usability of U4ia team outputs for solution consultants, and supporting U4ia management in driving adoption of demo scripts within the wider SC community.
