Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in a platform or B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing technical software products from vision to going to market
  • BA/BS degree in engineering, business, finance, or other related fields
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • Excellent at managing competing priorities
  • Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or financial services
  • Strong familiarity with regulated markets and understanding of data privacy and compliance complexities

  • Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Craft the vision and strategy for a world-class platform that stores and orchestrates user account information
  • Enable product teams to build rich user experiences with streamlined communications based on user state
  • Enable operational teams to utilize data in a reliable, privacy-friendly way
  • Enable risk and compliance teams to have full oversight of user state
  • Translate vision into clear, measurable goals and inspire teams to achieve them
  • Lead creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the product roadmap
  • Define product's direction and communicate long-term strategy while aligning on near-term goals and milestones
  • Act as key advisor on technical topics, distill complex concepts, and ensure technical decisions align with product strategy, vision, roadmap, and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate closely with growth teams as key point of contact to understand their goals/needs and ensure products support their objectives and company growth
  • Own the product vision as a foundational enabler and growth engine for the business
