Strong experience in IT operations, supply chain, or end-user computing
Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional PC fulfillment strategy aligned with business needs, IT standards, and sustainability goals
Collaborate with a PC fulfillment team comprised of colleagues, OEM and other vendor partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across geographies
Manage strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and third-party logistics providers
Review and provide input to contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines
Implement automation and self-service capabilities to streamline fulfillment and reduce cycle time
Provide input on standardization of PC configurations, imaging processes, and deployment models
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and environmental regulations
Provide inputs to PC fulfillment budget and forecast planning
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
Collaborate with IT leadership, regional business leadership, and HR to align fulfillment with workforce needs
Serve as a key escalation point for fulfillment-related issues and drive resolution
Establish and foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time
