Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional PC fulfillment strategy aligned with business needs, IT standards, and sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with a PC fulfillment team comprised of colleagues, OEM and other vendor partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across geographies
  • Manage strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and third-party logistics providers
  • Review and provide input to contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Implement automation and self-service capabilities to streamline fulfillment and reduce cycle time
  • Provide input on standardization of PC configurations, imaging processes, and deployment models
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and environmental regulations
  • Provide inputs to PC fulfillment budget and forecast planning
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT leadership, regional business leadership, and HR to align fulfillment with workforce needs
  • Serve as a key escalation point for fulfillment-related issues and drive resolution
  • Establish and foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time
