Requirements

Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, health economics, natural sciences, medicine, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector with proven service and solution orientation (experience in a consulting company is a plus)
Extensive expertise in real-world data, combined with strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its core processes
Proven hands-on expertise in sell-and-delivery approaches, project design and management, business development, and client support
Hands-on approach with strong issue-based consulting and conceptual skills, drive for innovation, and long-term strategic thinking for account development
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify client pain points, develop customized solutions, and work collaboratively across complex networks internally and with clients
Outstanding presentation and communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

Build and expand close client relationships at dedicated affiliate and/or HQ accounts in Germany, including existing and new clients
Act as the main point of contact, advising clients on day-to-day patient care questions based on their needs, working closely with an account team
Identify and qualify opportunities, developing holistic, client-oriented, end-to-end solutions, leveraging IQVIA data and collaborating with Consulting and Commercial Technology
Oversee project execution and delivery in a Principal-in-Charge (PIC) role, with full responsibility for quality, time, and budget, ensuring delivery excellence
Manage the entire sales process and account planning for client base, including budget responsibility, opportunity management, and internal planning reports/forecasts
Drive innovation across Real World Analytics portfolio and beyond, leading development and implementation of business unit strategy, enhancing team performance and growth
Participate in an international Real World community, supporting strategy, offering development, and connected intelligence
