Requirements

Deep understanding of federal mission requirements, procurement processes, and compliance standards (with specific familiarity with the DHS or Defense environments, including NIST, DFARS, and CMMC)

Responsibilities

Serve as the principal organizational and operational extension of the business segment leader(s), managing daily operations and proactively escalating and resolving issues to ensure program success and compliance
Own all aspects of organizational oversight, operational cadence, and risk management across federal defense programs, ensuring deliverables, processes, and stakeholder communications are managed with precision
Oversee the health of DHS programs, tracking milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators to ensure full alignment with federal contract requirements, customer regulations, and AT&T internal standards
Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, external partners, and federal stakeholders, driving clarity, accountability, and timely resolution of challenges
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, managing escalations efficiently to maintain program momentum and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
Develop and deliver high-quality executive-level briefings, status reports, and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to enable strategic decision-making by executive leadership
Continuously review and improve operational processes, seeking out opportunities to increase efficiency, drive cost savings, and elevate customer satisfaction
Enable senior leaders to dedicate more time and energy to strategic initiatives, innovation, and partnership development by expertly managing the operational workload and supporting the execution of both current and future business strategies
