Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in tech, startups, or digital product agencies, with demonstrated experience in end-to-end product design. They should have a strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, and experience working with developers and product managers to build and ship applications or software.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Designer will lead design and user experience for significant parts of the core product, working directly with Product and Engineering leads to transform company strategy into prioritized initiatives. They will contribute to the design process from prioritization through launch, identify the right problems to solve, and ensure alignment across a cross-functional team. This role involves advocating for users, continuously iterating on products, and collaborating with the design team to evolve the design process and build a diverse team that champions user voices. The designer will also participate in day-to-day team rituals, contribute to hiring, and develop a design internship program.
