The Principal Product Designer will lead strategic design initiatives focused on agentic experiences, including new product features, subsystems, design systems, and tooling. They will own and articulate a vision for powerful creation, automation, and orchestration throughout the development lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape strategic roadmaps, ensure effective go-to-market execution, and foster alignment. Responsibilities also include rapidly prototyping, testing, and iterating on concepts to validate hypotheses and deliver user-centered experiences, while elevating the overall quality, consistency, and trustworthiness of the Webflow platform.
