Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a significant focus on enterprise platforms, and 5+ years specifically with ServiceNow. Deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem is required, along with a strong understanding of AI, Agentic workflows, Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs) is essential. Experience leading and mentoring architecture teams is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Principal ServiceNow Platform Architect will provide end-to-end architectural leadership across all ServiceNow modules, design for resilience and cost-efficiency, develop and champion the enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform strategy including AI, lead architecture reviews, drive platform maturity, and translate complex strategies into narratives for executive stakeholders. They will also lead a team of architects, evaluate and integrate LLMs, shape the enterprise's AI agent framework strategy, and partner with various leaders to ensure holistic platform delivery.
