Requirements

A degree in Planning or a related field
5–8 years of experience in urban planning
Strong ability to project manage career-defining appointments
Experience organically growing industry relationships, particularly in CBD planning and planning for medium to high-rise development
Seasoned in statutory planning with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Ability to provide advice directly to a range of clients across private and government authorities
Competency to project manage other staff, including delegating, supervising, reviewing work, and delivering projects within budget and scope
Mindset that creates high value and is solutions-focused
Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects (a plus)
