Requirements

  • A degree in Planning or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in urban planning
  • Strong ability to project manage career-defining appointments
  • Experience organically growing industry relationships, particularly in CBD planning and planning for medium to high-rise development
  • Seasoned in statutory planning with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to provide advice directly to a range of clients across private and government authorities
  • Competency to project manage other staff, including delegating, supervising, reviewing work, and delivering projects within budget and scope
