Responsibilities

As Principal Engineer (Director), you will spearhead technical engagements with customers and ASIC partners to define product requirements, identify technology gaps, and drive solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster early technical engagement, enable customized silicon solutions, and drive benchmarking activities to understand the competitive landscape. Additionally, you will support Business Development activities, build trust-based relationships with customer teams, and work with internal development teams to align on technology trends and set competitive targets.
