Requirements

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of benefit plan design and compliance requirements, including FMLA, HIPAA, and COBRA. Proficiency with Microsoft programs and HRIS systems, such as Workday and ADP, is preferred. Experience with equity programs (ESPP and Long Term Incentive Plans) is a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is typically required.

Responsibilities

The Principal Employee Benefits Analyst will oversee the third-party administration of various employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision plans, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will administer leave of absence processes, plan and deliver wellbeing programs, assist employees with benefit tasks, oversee benefit payments, participate in vendor negotiations, coordinate annual 401k audits, and prepare communications explaining benefits policies. Furthermore, they will collaborate with multiple HR team partners, international payroll & benefit team members, and finance/legal teams to ensure compliance and support global project initiatives.
