Candidates need 14+ years of overall experience including 5+ years in OT security, risk management, or governance in manufacturing or critical infrastructure, strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems and industrial protocols like Modbus, OPC, DNP3, plus familiarity with frameworks such as NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001. A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or related field is required.
The role involves collaborating with IT, OT, and compliance teams to align cybersecurity policies, working with SOC analysts and plant personnel on incident response, and acting as an advisor to manufacturing operations teams and cybersecurity stakeholders.
Strong candidates will have 14+ years of experience with at least 5+ years specifically in OT security or governance in manufacturing environments, deep technical knowledge of ICS/SCADA and industrial protocols, and hands-on experience with risk assessments and frameworks like NIST and IEC 62443.
