Responsibilities

Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités chez les clients existants et potentiels
Piloter la rédaction des propositions commerciales en garantissant leur pertinence stratégique et leur faisabilité
Être l’interlocuteur principal des clients, en assurant une relation de confiance et de long terme
Contribuer à l’atteinte (voire au dépassement) des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires
Superviser la livraison de projets complexes, dans le respect des délais, du budget et des standards de qualité
Encadrer les équipes projet internes et externes, en apportant leadership intellectuel et conseils stratégiques
Assurer une communication fluide et efficace avec les clients et les parties prenantes
Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client post-livraison
Développer et approfondir votre expertise sur les enjeux du secteur des sciences de la vie
Identifier les problématiques clés du marché et contribuer à la création d’offres à forte valeur ajoutée
Participer à des événements professionnels (conférences, publications, interventions) pour renforcer la visibilité d’IQVIA
Partager vos connaissances et bonnes pratiques pour faire grandir les équipes
Encadrer et coacher plusieurs collaborateurs, en favorisant leur développement professionnel
Participer activement aux initiatives RH (recrutement, formation, développement des talents)
Contribuer à la montée en compétences collective et à la culture d’excellence du cabinet
