Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, product launches, and customer acquisition tactics across wireless and broadband segments
  • Develop and maintain competitive dashboards, profiles, and strategic briefings for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to integrate competitive insights into business planning
  • Use data analytics tools and CI platforms to extract and visualize actionable intelligence
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, including public filings, earnings calls, press releases, customer reviews, and third-party reports
  • Deliver timely and impactful insights through presentations, reports, and executive summaries
  • Support strategic initiatives such as market entry assessments, pricing optimization, and customer churn analysis
  • Implement go-to-market strategies: Translate established strategies into actionable plans by leveraging market analysis to identify target segments, refine competitive positioning, and support revenue growth for new and existing offerings
  • Continuously monitor and optimize product and channel performance using data analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic adjustments and improve outcomes
  • Coordinate teams and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget launches of commercialization initiatives and strategic programs
  • Serve as a liaison to align business units and deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Drive initiatives such as emerging market identification, incentive development, and distribution strategy coordination to expand market reach and optimize channels
  • Lead critical, high-impact projects and design/implement innovative business strategies with minimal oversight
  • Consult senior leadership, influence executive decisions, mentor others, and assist with challenging issues
