Requirements

Advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support skills for complex field inquiries involving EP products
High degree of independence, perceived as a proven leader/mentor in the region
Ability to identify and use the most effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices; evaluate their effectiveness
Independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work; monitor performance and report status
Technical proficiencies and performance at the highest level among Clinical Specialists in the region
Ability to act as the most senior clinical interface between the medical community and business
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise
Thorough command of all EP products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players
Availability for 24-hour, on-call basis support
Experience providing regional EP implant case coverage to high-volume accounts

Responsibilities

Provides advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff on complex inquiries
Identifies, reports, and advises on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to influence sales growth and service
Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support on a 24-hour, on-call basis
Develops, leads, and/or facilitates trainings and programs on EP products for healthcare professionals
Provides insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and next-generation products
Provides regional EP implant case coverage to defined high-share accounts
Offers back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training
Mentors and provides leadership to EP clinical support roles
Continuously develops engineering skills and knowledge
