Requirements

Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 8+ years of post-graduate experience in both clinical practice and fast-paced business environments
Extensive experience completing quality chart reviews and audits for healthcare organizations
Track record of training others on clinical documentation standards
Thought leader passionate about reimagining behavioral health quality
Experience across traditional healthcare organizations, public health systems, and/or healthcare startups
Strong performance management skills
Experience supervising clinicians or large provider teams
Strategic first-principles thinker who can decompose complex problems into clear strategies and actionable plans

Responsibilities

Lead Headway's clinical quality strategy, developing protocols and processes that uphold safety, efficiency, and effectiveness standards for the practice
Build and scale our Professional Practice Evaluation programs, directly improving clinical outcomes across our provider network
Conduct routine chart reviews and monitoring, providing feedback to clinicians and creating remediation plans for documentation concerns
Collaborate with Product teams to ensure our EHR meets industry clinical standards and develop automated quality monitoring systems
Supervise clinical teams and peer reviewers, building clinical oversight capabilities as we scale
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and create scalable feedback systems for providers
