Requirements

  • Track record as an accomplished professional, recognized for creative problem-solving and broad, in-depth knowledge
  • Experience leading significant projects with strategic autonomy and influencing executive decisions
  • Ability to mentor less experienced staff, implement long-term plans that impact the organization, and collaborate frequently with senior leadership
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of expanding new business opportunities and managing existing relationships with one or more automotive OEM partners, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction by delivering innovative solutions and exceptional support
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and uncover customer needs; leverage internal financial and performance data, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities
  • Seek out and engage potential partners to establish alliances that align with AT&T’s goals; build and nurture relationships with partners, regulatory agencies, and government officials to advance business objectives
  • Develop compelling business proposals and presentation materials to pitch innovative opportunities to internal stakeholders and potential partners; make the case for change, craft execution plans, and inspire stakeholders to embrace and manage transformation
  • Work closely with teams across legal, accounting, and business inspection to drive seamless execution of business development initiatives; participate in negotiations of key transaction terms and conditions, and help define and execute transformation initiatives
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and business opportunities—responding to RFx’s, negotiating pricing, handling contracts, deploying OEM solutions, maintaining vehicle programs, and forging alliances to drive revenue growth and expand AT&T’s market presence
