Requirements

Candidates must possess significant management and strategy consulting experience, typically at least ten years in duration. They should have experience in the Health and Life Sciences industry, particularly within the Commercial and Medical sectors. A strong network of stakeholders at leadership positions within Top 20 Life Science companies is also required, along with legal authorization to work in the EU (for EU locations) and the UK (for UK based candidates).

Responsibilities

As a Principal Business Consultant, you will lead business development opportunities by identifying new project possibilities, clarifying customer needs, developing compelling proposals, and securing new work. You will leverage your network to grow the business, build relationships, and serve as a primary contact for strategic questions. Additionally, you will lead multiple project engagement teams, empowering them to manage all aspects of delivery, and contribute to the creation of new campaigns and thought leadership to differentiate Business Consulting in the market.
