Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on production environments. They should have expertise in designing and implementing scalable AI/ML systems within cloud environments, specifically AWS, and a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. Experience with generative AI is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Principal AI Engineer will architect and design scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions for defense data analytics and intelligence, contributing to and executing against Govini’s AI roadmap. They will lead the implementation of advanced generative AI applications, establish technical direction and best practices for AI/ML development, and collaborate with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Furthermore, they will develop and implement AI governance frameworks, mentor junior engineers, and continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies.
