Requirements

  • Computer Science graduates from reputed engineering institutes with 10+ years of experience in data science, artificial intelligence
  • PhD with relevant experience of 7+ years
  • Experience in low latency ML engineering in AdTech/MarTech/Recommender Systems
  • Technical proficiency architecting, deploying and maintaining low latency distributed ML applications
  • Strong hands-on programming skills in Python, SQL, Hadoop/Hive (additional knowledge of Spark, Scala, R, Java desired but not mandatory)
  • Good working knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts, algorithms, and computational complexity
  • Experience implementing advanced statistical techniques like regression, clustering, PCA, forecasting (time series), optimization, simulation, and statistical models
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches including GenAI
  • Proficient in deployment in cloud and creating highly optimized ML pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly tell data-driven stories
  • Able to produce reasonable documents/narratives suggesting actionable insights
  • Strong collaborator and mentor
  • Passion for solving interesting and relevant real-world problems using a data science approach
  • Preferred: Creating tech-led solutions in marketing, customer relevancy models, and content orchestration

Responsibilities

  • Architect, integrate, and optimize algorithmic decision making
  • Influence roadmaps and drive their execution with a team of talented scientists and engineers
  • Develop a multi-year vision of responsive, personalized marketing within the MarTech platform
  • Develop and deliver highly scalable low latency AI & ML deployments
  • Solve state-of-the-art problems in MarTech, including architecture to create connected tech capabilities from content planning to content orchestration
  • Productionize algorithms with low latency and high throughput
  • Upgrade batch processes to always-on MarTech capabilities using technology and algorithms
