Responsibilities

As a Country Pricing Strategist, you will act as the pricing champion and trusted partner, ensuring alignment with Local country & Western Europe colleagues and implementing strategies using the Vendavo Pricing Management tool. You will utilize local market insights and analytics to translate and apply pricing strategies at the country level, providing clear guidance on pricing targets and thresholds. Collaboration with Operating Unit (OU) leaders will involve proposing and building business cases for pricing strategy modifications based on local market dynamics and competitive environments. You will analyse contract coverage for new product launches, support contract negotiations, assess tender designs, and develop strategies to ensure pricing harmonisation, while developing product portfolio options and optimizing revenue and margin impact of offers. Serving as the single point of contact for pricing strategy activities, you will coordinate new offer development, monitor pricing performance, and support pricing capability development within sales and marketing teams, ensuring best practice dissemination across Operating Units and countries.
