Pricing Results Specialist - PSA Pricing Team

Position Overview

Collectors is seeking a skilled Pricing Results Specialist with expertise in trading cards to join our PSA Pricing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and adjusting customer-selected submission service levels on PSA orders to accurately reflect true market values. You will report to the Pricing Specialist Manager and work from one of our office spaces. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered, with a requirement for onsite presence most of the time if within a 1-hour commuting distance to an office.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer orders for service level accuracy based on current card market values.
  • Make necessary adjustments to submission prices on an itemized, line-by-line basis.
  • Stay current on trading card and related collectibles pricing by reviewing trade pricing publications, auction results, and other credible resources.
  • Identify and communicate with hobby pricing resources for support purposes.
  • Communicate pricing adjustments with appropriate PSA staff members.
  • Identify potential improvements in pricing, service, or systems by staying current on industry trends, market activities, technology, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Firsthand knowledge of trading cards.
  • Background in operations, customer service, or accounting is beneficial.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a positive team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain focus over extended periods.
  • Direct industry experience is preferred, but not required if the candidate demonstrates a strong ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in programs such as Word, Excel, and custom processing systems is required.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
