  • 5+ years of experience in an operational role, prioritizing and managing projects, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to drive processes and consistently meet established key performance markers
  • Flexible and creative mindset to drive standard process solutions to a wide variety of business and technical challenges

  • Experience with Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SFDC, Dynamics 365, and SKU creation a plus

Responsibilities

  • Translate product strategies into executable operational plans and collaborate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure pricing decisions are implemented across downstream systems
  • Serve as the single point of contact for initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and removing blockers to drive progress
  • Manage the creation and implementation of SKUs and pricing to support product and offer launches, coordinating the full operational lifecycle to ensure smooth execution across systems
  • Influence pricing strategies to align with business goals and ensure successful implementation through quote-to-cash processes
  • Build and maintain project plans, execute business decisions, track deliverables, and resolve issues that arise
  • Communicate strategy and project impacts cross-functionally, while continuously evaluating and improving processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
