Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answering patient queries by telephone and email
  • Maintaining patients’ electronic health records
  • Maintaining full and accurate record of prescriptions
  • Working closely with the pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure smooth dispensing and delivery of medication to patients
  • Updating patients with any changes in their prescription
  • Working with partner pharmacies to ensure prescriptions sent externally are delivered and dispensed correctly
  • Supporting operational and clinical recruitment and onboarding
  • Collating feedback and liaising with Head of Governance on complaints and compliments
  • Reporting Incidents and significant events and liaising with Head of Governance on Incident and Significant events
  • Supporting clinicians working in the service with operational queries
  • Liaising with product and tech support team on technical issues
  • Working closely with line manager and wider team on service improvement
  • Attending work related meetings as required
  • Maintaining all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs
