  • Acts as a mentor for less experienced Sales Solutions colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Support sales engagements including deal qualification, orchestrate RFI/RFP responses, solution planning/governance, lead demonstrations/workshops/presentations, handle objections, problem-solve client challenges, support pilot/POC activities, and initial discovery sessions
  • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to bring industry knowledge for product enhancements, innovation, roadmap development; develop relationships with business/IT executives, influencers; review release functionality and produce documentation; support material and facilitate client feedback sessions
  • Liaise with marketing to align sales/marketing messaging, highlight USPs, develop use cases/case studies, be involved in social media campaigns, attend market events in UK and Europe
  • Work with Delivery leads to ensure DXC delivery approach is utilized in sales, identify key sales messages in delivery strategy, produce supporting materials, educate prospects to set Delivery teams up for success
  • Work with technical teams to ensure demo environments are stable/upgraded, maintain relevant data/use cases, understand system interactions/integration capabilities, and data movement between systems
  • Understand customer needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, create proof-of-concept solutions, address technical/functional queries, lead workshop engagements
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with market demands
  • Engage and listen to customers to understand their strategy/challenges and overlay DXC products/services
