Requirements

Candidates should possess 8-10 years of implementation/delivery consulting experience within the Salesforce consulting partner ecosystem, 2-3 years of experience as an Architect or designing solutions for customers ranging from SMB to Enterprise, a successful track record as a project owner/Solution Architect for Salesforce implementations with significant understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams while confidently leading presentations. Furthermore, candidates must have a keen eye for risk management during the sales negotiation process and a proactive approach to problem-solving, along with Salesforce Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator and two or more Salesforce Consultant Certifications.

Responsibilities

The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will lead pre-sales discovery calls and documentation of use cases, generate estimates and present proposals to clients highlighting Thunder’s differentiators, manage multiple customer meetings and estimates throughout the sales cycle, communicate effectively with internal and external teams while negotiating proposals, and provide technical advisory during negotiations, identifying project risks and potential mitigations. They will also hold responsibility of the prospective client once an opportunity is qualified by Thunder’s Sales team and proactively manage difficult conversations.
