Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting-Support: Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen, Screening von Bewerbungen und Koordination von Interviews
  • Interviewprozess: Eigenständige Durchführung erster telefonischer Kennenlerngespräche
  • Candidate Experience: Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen und Begleitung durch den gesamten Prozess
  • Active Sourcing: Unterstützung bei der Direktansprache von Kandidat:innen über LinkedIn & andere Plattformen
  • Employer Branding: Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Branding-Maßnahmen – online & offline
  • Content & Plattformpflege: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Karriereseite sowie Employer Branding-Materialien
  • Trend Scouting: Recherche zu neuen Trends in den Bereichen Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding
  • Eventorganisation: Unterstützung bei Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Karrieremessen und Events
  • Reporting & Präsentation: Erstellung von Auswertungen, Analysen und Präsentationen für verschiedene HR-Zwecke
