Job Title: Praktikant:in im Customer Support (m/w/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented Intern in Customer Support (m/f/d) to support us immediately for 6 months in full-time. Together, we are working to make the electricity market digital, transparent, and fair.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support our team in written customer support (email or chat) - quickly, friendly, and solution-oriented.
  • You will be responsible for smooth operational processes, e.g., during customer switching or for queries regarding invoices and tariffs.
  • You will find pragmatic and sustainable solutions for clarification cases – bringing tact and efficiency.
  • You will learn about energy industry topics such as market communication and EDIFACT – no prior knowledge is necessary.
  • You will help with the onboarding of new market partners and support us in the billing process for metering points.
  • You will contribute ideas, think along, and help us to further improve our processes.

Your Profile

  • You speak fluent German (min. C1) and have good English skills (min. B2).
  • You are currently studying or are in a gap year.
  • You enjoy working in writing, are solution-oriented and structured - even when things get hectic.
  • You enjoy helping customers and like to explain complex topics simply.
  • You are keen on teamwork in a dynamic start-up environment.

Nice to Have

  • First exposure to the energy industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • First experience in written customer service or working with tools like Zendesk, Notion, Excel, or other databases.
