Requirements

Serve as operational leader for the Charlotte clinic as dyad partner to Clinic Director
Lead service delivery and operational alignment, delivering on key KPIs and exceeding operational targets
Provide leadership from people, systems, and process perspective: training, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
Model behaviors for best-in-class service and care to members
Work cross-functionally with clinic and centralized teams (HR, Talent, Finance, Growth, Central Operations, Technology)
Facilitate programs and systems to enhance team’s ability to deliver exceptional care and grow a healthy, sustainable business
Navigate change in a growing organization
Curious and motivated to learn new technologies
Embrace improving and streamlining clinic work execution
Player/coach: comfortable delegating and rolling up sleeves to work with members

Responsibilities

Provide direct oversight of day-to-day operations of the clinic, including oversight of the clinical team’s operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic space, following all brand guidelines
