Candidates need a B.S. or higher in electrical engineering or similar, 5+ years of professional experience with fast-paced product design cycles, 5+ years of board-level power electronics design from concept through production, passion for hardware development in fast-paced environments, demonstrated ability to design/build/test hardware from scratch, ability to build and manage engineering teams, and US Citizenship or Green Card.

Strong candidates have experience building and managing teams of engineers, expertise in power electronics design from concept to production, and hands-on hardware development skills in fast-paced environments.
